God, thank you for your love for me and for watching over my life even though I have been unaware of you. Thank you that you have an eternal plan and purpose for me. Thank you for always seeing the best in me, even when I have not. Please forgive me for not realizing that you are my heart’s true home. I long to know you better. I choose to turn away from the past and to live my life for you. By faith, I accept the gift of salvation that you died to give me. I accept your forgiveness for all that has separated me from you and I choose to live under your authority and protection. Thank you that your heart is for me. I choose to give my heart to you and invite you into my life from this day forward. In Jesus Name. Amen.
